The Cooper Burns 2021 Eden Valley Riesling is sourced from a single vineyard high in Eden Valley. 2021 was one of the greatest vintages in recent years - with near perfect conditions. This Riesling underwent partial fermentation in seasoned barrles and aging on lees - techniqies that add texture and complexity to the palate. 

The bouque is complex and vibrant with notes of lime, lemon and citrus blossom. The plate is pure, precise and intensely flavoured with the lime and lemon citrus, wrapped around a crisp acid profile. Wonderful balance, texture and length.
