A dry Rose made from 100% Grenache from the incredible 2021 vintage. The Grenache is sourced from a single vineyard in Barossa's famed Ebenezer.

Specifically designed for Rose the Grenache is picked at it's pinnacle, destemmed and pressed into seasoned French oak hogsheads.  A cool barrel fermentation was followed by aging in barrel for 6 months on lees to create texture and complexity. Medium Salmon in colour with a pretty nose of Strawberry and flower petals.  A lively palate displays bright red fruits up front before surrendering to a spicy, savoury finish.
